“I purchased these because I cut my hair a little too short and missed my long hair. I ordered them, paid the package protection and faster shipping only for them to either get stolen by a fed ex employee or lost. Don’t waste your time. I reached out to the bellami team and they never once apologized offered me any better solutions. The extensions are pricey. After all I had to wait for my refund about 7 days. The only thing they offered was to replace them or give me my refund. I do not understand why they don’t just switch the delivery method. It’s so disappointing because I was looking forward to them because of the quality that they offer but I’ll be shopping some place else for extensions only because of the poor customer service.”
