“I’ve had my extensions for about two weeks and I’ve used them twice.. They get tangled sooooooo bad… So much hair has been loss due to brushing out knots… I’m so sad because I was so excited and wanted these extensions for so long :( There is damage to one of the wefts already I wish I could return them…”
“Tester hair melted on my curler at 300.
Customer service was not helpful. I reached out with multiple photos and requested a resolution about my curler or direction on how to remove the “vitamin” coating. This is not a vitamin coating, you have synthetic hair in there. I sent the photos to a hair dresser who works with wigs and extensions….. they confirmed.
I was sent a return link which wouldn’t allow me to return the items…. I’ve reached out numerous times to resolve this, as I want to return these and get my money back. Sadly your team has done nothing pick and choose what they decide to respond to and ignore details.

“The hair is way too heavy and the wefts are way too thick for my hair, but once opened ur stuck with them. I have tried to thin them out, but will need to go get them professionally done as this isn’t my expertise. Was bummed because I was really excited for this hair I was replacing and older set I purchased previously from Bellami which I do not have the problem of the clips sliding down prom being pulled from the heaviness of the weft. The quality of the hair is amazing as with my previous purchase, so I’m pretty sad I will not get the same use out of these as I wished.”
“I had these in for my wedding and they did the trick. Gave me long, beautiful locks but after some time felt heavy. I would 100% recommend these because they are thick from top to bottom and really gave me a full head of thick hair.”
“I am SO happy with my extensions so far. I bought the 360g 26" Off Black (1B) in Silk Seam and they are SO thick, shiny, and feel amazing to the touch. My only complaint is my hair is in between jet black and off black in terms of color, so I'm going to have to get them toned by my hair stylist so they're a perfect match. But the overall quality of the extensions are great.”
