“I’ve been purchasing the Bellami 360g Chestnut Brown extensions for about 10 years, and I’ve always been extremely happy with the quality — until this last purchase.
I had my latest installation done at the end of November, but I only really started wearing them after Christmas, so they’ve been in use for about a month and a half. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, the hair has been tangling excessively. I literally have to carry a brush with me and detangle them almost every hour, otherwise they become badly knotted.
This has never happened to me before. In the past, my extensions would only start to feel dry or difficult after 7–8 months of use, which is why I usually repurchase them once a year without hesitation. But this time, they honestly don’t feel like new hair at all.
I’m particularly disappointed because I waited a long time for them to come back in stock, expecting the same high quality I’ve trusted for a decade. I’m not sure if the hair quality has changed or if this is a defective batch, but this experience has been very surprising compared to my previous purchases.”

lorsque je regarde de plus près je peux remarquer des cheveux épais, foncés et très rêches au toucher, je pense que ce sont des cheveux synthétiques mélangés aux naturels.
même avec des traitements olaplex ils sont tout aussi secs c'est inadmissible au vu du prix.
les cheveux me grattent et me donnent des boutons dans la nuque et donnent aussi des boutons sur la peau de mon mari lorsqu'ils sont en contact avec sa peau.
j'ai contacté 2 fois le service client et ils ne m'ont pas répondu c'est inadmissible je rappelle que j'ai payé plus de 600€. à fuir, n'achetez pas leurs extensions.”
