“I find the quality used to be so much better before than now. I have been purchasing those particular ones for years and I am now finding the last 2 times i purchased them ( with their prices going higher and higher each time I purchase), the clips are not as good quality as they used to be which is dissapointing. For their price hike, I think they deserve better quality clips.. that is just my honest opinion.”
“Clip in one of the wefts was faulty and would not close or secure to the hair. I could not return it as once the box is opened the warranty or refund option is void. However, I wouldn’t have known the clip was faulty until I went to wear the extension.”
