We also see that your order is recent and within our 30-business day return/exchange policy. If the set has not been altered — meaning it hasn’t been cut, washed, dyed, or had any styling products applied — we can assist with a return, exchange, or inspection.

“The hair is beautiful! It looks amazing and feels so soft and great quality.
The package could be better but is not like you are going to keep it.

“I like the seam & the clips. The hair quality feels decent. But the hair does taper/thin towards end compared to other extension brands I own. Also, not nearly enough hair/volume for longer lengths. There should be more grams added to the 22” IMO bc it definitely looks piece-y.”
