“I received these last year, once I got them out of the box I noticed the were very thin at the ends. You could see that halfway down they lost about 50% of the hair volume. I tried styling out of the box and I immediately saw that the HAIR STARTED MELTING. I was so shocked so I message customer service, they told me they use some special coating on the hair and I needed to wash them before styling. So I did… multiple times. After the 4th time washing them, they were still melting. I was so embarrassed to wear these but had no choice since I spent so much money on these. Eventually the hair got thinner and still would melt after 6 months but I gave up on these. Never again will I order from this company, they hair is absolutely terrible and I am convinced this may not be 100% human hair.”
