“I places two orders in the past month for 22” and 16”
I ordered the 22” first as I had a wedding to go to and this was the only length they had in stock. I was disappointed to find out I needed to pay an extra $150 on delivery because of duties and taxes even though on your website it states that you will not be charged more upon delivery (very misleading words for consumers). The 22” are very long and I didn’t want to cut them, so i ordered another set of 16” to use more on a day to day basis and on the website it had a promotion to get a free hair bridal travel bag. To my surprise, the hair came without the travel bag. I submitted this feedback to customer service and the only option I was given was to start a return. I had already opened and used the hair, so a return was not a good option and I do like the hair. I asked to be referred to a manager and they told me I would need to call the customer service line to do so. Very poor customer service for a product that I very expensive and my first experience ordering from Bellami.”
“I love how easy they are to clip in. The tracks are pretty thin if I’m being honest. It does mention that in the description. But, when I curl them they don’t stay curled for very long. When I used my curling iron on a low setting they smell like synthetic hair burning. I’ve always loved Bellami and returned to them but this latest purchase may have changed my mind.”
“This hair is synthetic as hell❗️I tried to flat iron it and it melted! Left my flat iron a mess. Mind you my flat iron was only on 400degrees❗️This is NOT 100% human hair. It’s a mix. You’re paying all this money for fake a** hair this is ridiculous. DO NOT BUY. ALIEXPRESS HAIR IS BETTER THAN THIS!”
