“I can't rate this product since I still have not received it. I made my purchase on Oct 2nd and it's now Nov 20th everytime I contact customer service regarding my item I'm told it was delivered and their policy states that they are not accountable for packages. Really!!?? So I lost my money and since it was a gift for my mom's bday I had to go find her something else!!!”
