“I really Wish I could write a good review for these because I had high hopes when I first received them. I got The clip in extensions for my wedding, initially they were the perfect color and I was so excited about them. The care instructions advise you to wash them before wearing, so I washed them gently following the instructions. When they dried they were a completely different color. I have Reached out to customer service multiple times to try and find a fix before my wedding which is now 7 days away and I have not heard back from them. I am extremely sad because I truly thought these would be something I would continue to invest in.”
