“The hair is great quality I just wish the exchange policy wasn’t so strict. The colors look nothing like they do in the box. I ordered 2 sets because I have really thick hair, but now I am in the situation they don’t match my hair and they box is open. The one strand they give to try is definitely not enough to tell what it will look like with all of them in your head. Pretty disappointed....”
“I had a very difficult time color matching my hair. I have highlighted hair. I know what color I wear in a different brand (less expensive). I heard the quality was good from Bellamy, however the colors just never seem to match. I sent my return in over two weeks ago and still haven’t heard back from Bellamy if they have received it. The entire process takes so long to receive the hair, then return if not correct. I will definitely not buy again.”
