“Fair warning, the customer service is not great! I placed an order for 16” glam seamless extensions, it wasn’t until after my purchase was confirmed that they notified me by email that their extensions were on back order and wouldn’t be back in stock for a month. The back order email stated they could place an order for a different set for the same price, however, when I spoke to a customer service rep they offered me no other options. When I asked why they wouldn’t warn customers of back ordered products she blamed it on the fact that my purchase was made from a phone and if I had used a desktop computer it would have showed the back order. So if you’re looking to receive hair extensions sooner than a month you should look elsewhere!”
