“I ordered ELLAMI Silk Seam 140g 16" Rooted Walnut Brown/Ash Blonde (3/60) Hair Extensions and they were a lot different in person than the picture. They do give you a sample piece, but in order to return them, you can’t do anything to the sample piece. I mean. Cmon. You need them to resell to others? No wonder my box looked like an elephant walked on it. I wish I never bought them. Customer service was very rude. And, save your money on 2 day shipping. They’ll let you down and have an excuse.
Bellami- give a sample that can be kept. Having a sample that others can wear or use is gross… and, maybe the color could be toned, but you can’t, because the sample can’t be manipulated in any way.
Do yourselves a favor- don’t order from them. I wish I never did.”
