“I have worn Bellami for 6 years, and I feel as a company the shipping is fast, the staff are friendly, and it is easy to get customer service. However, I can tell the quality of hair that they produce is not lasting as long nor seems as good of quality as years ago. I'm not sure if it's from a different supplier or just the high demand has given the brand leniency to go with a cheaper hair, but I am looking at other brands wondering if they have better hair quality at this time. I purchased the Khaleesi Hair and two weeks of wear seems to be like two months wear. I am not sure if I will be a customer from my current view of the past few bundles I have received.”
“Terrible. The tangle very easily. Just putting them in they will get knots in them. Taking them out is worse. For 280 dollars I would have expected a better quality. I will not be buying from here again.”
“Hair received was not a 2 more like 4.. I had a hairdresser asses the colour. Quality of the hair is great. The carry case came broken the same with the hanger. I contacted you via Instagram that day that I received and still weeks later have not received a reply. Very poor service.”
