“I purchased my hair extensions 3 weeks ago. I've washed and conditioned them once. I allowed them to air dry and I also used a special oil to keep them conditioned. During washing, so much red coloring came out I wasn't sure that somebody actually washed them prior to drying them and sending them out. Up near the top where the clips are I have seen some thread coming out already. Also up near the top, it looks as if the hair is breaking off. I do not mistreat my extensions. After I wear them, I gently brush them and put them back in the bag with the hanger that they came with. I use a heat protectant prior to doing any styling which I haven't done much of. All in all, I thought the extensions would stay looking very nice for quite a long time if I took care of them. I can see now that they will not last much longer. That is a disappointment after spending over $300”
“They are good quality, the only 2 things I didn't like is that they don't have much grip, wore them on my bday and the 3 clip one kept falling, so the second time I had to use hair spray and tease my hair for them to stay. The second thing was that the pony tail is way lighter than the extensions. So getting the free pony tail was pointless, wish I could've choose my free item. Other than that I am content with the hair quality.”
“I'd like to start out by saying that I have been purchasing Bellami hair extensions for over 4 years now. I absolutely LOVE them! I typically get the Lilly Extension and decided to do Khaleesi this time. I did notice that the color "Chocolate Brown" for Lilly is different that the "Chocolate Brown" for Khaleesi. I ended up dying the extensions myself (which was a bit of a hassle). I think it may be beneficial to mention that the colors may look a little different in the various styles. When I looked at the tester I thought it would match my hair enough but it was a little more red than the Lilly style in the same color (which I was envisioning). Overall, I'm still happy with Bellami and will continue to buy, it was just a bummer to have to spend more money on hair dye after paying a lot for the extensions themselves.”
“The bellami hair hanger arrived broked!! Couldn't use it at all...the gair weight is lesser then what it tells...i was supposed to get a free ponytail extension as a gift but i didn't receive it! :(”
“It was suggested to get a different color because of back order when I received it was too light so I sent back and since ups tracker shows I sent but company never received I am now out of $260 bucks and still have no hair. I will never recommend to shop hair online. Go to bobos for good hair and customer service”
