“This was great service and I enjoyed everyone that I spoke with from Bellami. They were all very helpful and able to answer all of my questions. However, with my experience, when I ordered on line I chose the copper flare beads. I clicked on the picture of the color of bead I wanted but missed the link where I had to choose the number of color I wanted so it sent me black. I immediately emailed customer support and they were super awesome about getting me blonde beads sent immediately but the order was submitted by them before I had the chance to tell them what shade of blonde I needed. I needed more of the ashy blonde color, #7 and was sent a golden blonde. The color doesn't match as well and they are very noticeable and they do not blend as well with my hair as I thought they would. I have had tape in Babe extensions for a long time and they blended so much better than these beads. I just hated how terrible the tape was on my hair and I wanted better quality hair which is why I switched to Bellami. Also, I am wondering if you have a different or special type of plyers that is used to squeeze the bead closed. I am using one that is specific to tape ins and it seems to works fine but I have strands of hair fall out all the time and I am constantly putting them back in. Is this normal for the beaded hair extensions? I can barely brush through my hair without one or two falling out. It's been frustrating but I will say the quality of the hair is fantastic and the color is beautiful and your customer services reps are amazing!”
