The color in your purchase, Dark Brown/Creamy Blonde #2/#24 Ombre, was indeed an ombre, not a balayage. An weft in our ombre color range will have a more drastic color demarcation, with a straight line across, while one in the balayage color range will have a softer transition, with the top being a solid dark color, the middle a blend of the two colors, and the ends a lighter shade. “The 16” and the 20” ombré have the same amount of blonde (about 7” from the bottom). I thought the 20” blonde hilites would be placed proportionately to account for the extra 4 niches of hair, but it’s not. Beautiful hair though!”
