“The hair is fantastic, full and silky. Love the packaging. The three stars is for the lack of customer service. I ordered hair, then two days later got an email that my color was not in stock and wouldn’t be for almost two months, that I’d have to change my color or length. As a pro that deals with lots of companies for hair, this is not the experience I would have hoped for when spending this much money on hair”
