“I ordered two different blondes, the honey & a sombre, both in 14". After I opened both packages I realized the honey ones were about 2" shorter than the somebre ones. My client wanted to maintain as much length as the extensions would allow, but I had to take that 2" off so the ends didn't look stringy. I love the quality of your hair & will continue to order through Bellami, but I was a little bummed by that.”
