“The Hair is Beautiful but the tabs aren't sticky, I had to retab every single extension that I purchased from Bellami with another hair extension company”
“The tapes were not sticky , right after applying they all fell right now and had to retape all of them! Extra time and still only charged the normal fee! Annoying!”
“I have been a customer of Bellami for the past 3 years and it seems like every time I order new hair the quality is worse than the order before it but more expensive. I most recently ordered 3 packs of #80 white blonde 22" tape ins and the quality is unacceptable. They seem thinner than before and the biggest issue is that the tapes aren't sticky at all. Within hours of them being properly installed they started slipping out and peeling apart from each other. For the price of the hair they should come ready to be installed but now I will be spending even more time and money to remove them, retape with a better brand of tape that actually sticks, and re install them. And to top it off I have reached out to their customer service team to make them aware of this issue asap and have received no response. Bellami just isn't the brand it used to be and I doubt I will order again or recommend bellami to anyone i know.”
