“Right off the back opening up the package. I noticed that they were very thin on the ends. First wash the color looks completely light and ashy does not look like an off black color. Will not be using again.”
“I ordered 4 packs of 22 in Off Black tape ins. I also paid for expedited shipping. Over $1200 dollars. The color I received was chocolate brown. I exchanged the color. After reviewing the pictures, customer service agreed it was not the correct color (although the packaging said off black), and exhanged the extensions for me. Having had lost trust in possibly receiving a bad batch again, I asked if I was better off ordering jet black, but customer service said I should order Off Black again. I asked if there was any way that someone could quality control the batch before shipping it and they said they couldn’t. The second batch I received was dark brown. I decided to keep them hoping they would blend (I had a trip I needed them for, hence paying the expedited shipping). But the color doesnt blend well. Everyone notices it’s not my hair and I’m going to be forced to dye them black.
The quality of the hair is good, full and soft, but color does wash off in the shower. Customer service is friendly and very helpful. But unfortunately I will not be purchasing from Bellami again. I have lost trust in their color quality control. And I cannot trust that they will send me the color that I ordered. I spent quite a bit of money for good quality hair and I’m going to have to color them myself.

“It has happened several times that the color is a bit lighter than describe or shown on photos. Also the tapes have been coming off. Yes the company send a letter with the order and an explanation of then issue but as stylist it takes extra time to retape all extensions.”
