“I love the hair in the photo HOWEVER the hair I opened had a brown root, and the highlights were not as ashy & chunky as this picture shows! Still waiting back to hear about switching the color out. The hair quality is nice which is why I have bought from bellami for many years! this hair looks nothing like what’s pictured here. I hope my problem is resolved asap! Will update on social media when I hear back from Bellami about my issue”
