“I’ve been a long time lover of Bellami but lately I’ve been so disappointed with this hair. I’ve now ordered 22” jet black hair which was quite expensive. The first weft was dry and tangled within a month. So I sent the other package back to exchange it thinking maybe it was just a bad batch. It happens and if this was my first ever purchase I would have been so disappointed with how much it cost and how bad it went. Keep in mind I’ve been wearing sew in wefts for over 3 years now so I know how to maintain it and keep it looking healthy for months. The sets I bought last year lasted a year so that was fantastic. But this second one ended up being so dry and when I wash it black dye is just rinsing out so much it’s bleeding color. I hate to say this but that was the last straw for me. I paid over $1500 for this hair and it just was poor quality. I’m so disappointed and feel robbed. I don’t know what happened Bellami but you have totally failed and lost a long time user of your hair.”
