“Well, we loved this hair dryer for about 2 months and then it stopped getting hot and because it was a gift and we don't have an order number, the company wouldn't help us at all so now it's winter and we don't have a way to dry our hair. Very unimpressed! All we wanted was for our hair dryer heat function to be restored and they customer service person wouldn't help us at all. To not stand behind your product is a shame.”
