“I have thick corse hair and need a flat iron regularly. I have had my Chi iron for the past 14 years and loved it. I was in need of a new flat iron since it started taking too long to reheat and decided on Bellami. I like that I can control and see the temperature. It is not a 1 pass as advertised. I thought this would take less time to straighten my hair but it is the same as my Chi is now. My Chi iron felt hotter. Somewhat disappointed in the Bellami considering the original price of the product. Luckily I bought it during cyber Monday and got it for less, but I would not pay full price for it”
