“Quality was great. The color of my ponytail was completely different than the picture and I didn’t get a color sample in my package so I had no way of knowing if it’s a match unless I opened it and they don’t accept opened packages. It was too yellow unlike the photo which was a cool toned platinum blonde. I tried washing it with purple shampoo since the website says the extensions can be washed but the color didn’t improve at all and the extension didn’t look or feel great at all anymore. And I washed it as gently as possible to preserve it. The tips are rough now. Idk I expected more from Bellami. I can’t wear it at all anymore and that’s $80 down the drain.”
