“The box arrived damaged, including the precious 'security tag' so i'mnot even sure if someone else has used the hair, and and i was charged an additional £45 duty tax on top of the price (i'm in the UK). Why are bellami USA not contacting me before posting ANYTHING and redirecting me to their UK web company? I have been trying to contact Bellami hair for an refund for 4 weeks now and have had absolutely no response. i've sent 5 emails now and can't get through on the telephone.Very, very annoyed now, the customer service seems to be to just ignore any requests of exchanges or refunds. I'm so upset i've wasted so much money, especially after I just lost my job. Do not buy from this company. I repeat DO NOT buy from this company.”
“These weren’t the same hair quality as the bambina clip ins I purchased a few years ago. They are a nice thickness and felt soft to the touch, but I had to turn all my styling tools WAAAAY down otherwise some strands melted like plastic. This leads me to believe maybe this isn’t all 100% remy human hair as advertised. Makes sense as to why the extensions come pre-curled and can be purchased with the Bellami styling wand which maybe more compatible, but just a warning to turn your hot tools way down if curling/straightening these. I’ve never had this issue with the other bellamis I bought or other hair brands.”
“I am a hair stylist and have my license. The color I got was not a 4. Wasn’t even close. The strap on the hair broke immediately and was hard to replace. Very disappointed. Especially for the price.”
