“First time ordering with Bellami. Heard great things, saw good reviews. Thought I did my homework. I got the clip in velcro extensions and i'm a little disapointed. By the time they made it to me, with the coversion from US to CAN price and through customs, they costed 380$. The velcro doesnt stay up at all because the hair is much to heavy to be held up by three velcros so decides to sow them in but still then they don't stay in very well. When I tried wearing them before sowing them they could stay in for 30 minutes at the longest before they start falling out. The hair is great quality this I have to say is very good. When they got here they were so curly they're impossible to straighten.”
“I ordered the extensions on 11/04/2018, They were out of stock and i understand that but it is very upsetting that i have to go online see that they are back in stock and still no shipping update. I then have to reach out to customer service, they stated that they will reach out to shipping. Days go by with no response. I finally have to reach out once again for an update that i never received. So finally after over a month i get a shipping confirmation and it states will not be here until 12/14/2018! Why did i pay 16.99 for shipping that has taken over a month, honestly I would like to know why i paid 16.99 for shipping but on the website its states 12.50. I am just very confused and disappointed. I have always ordered from Bellami and i have never ever had an issue, the extensions are always amazing but this experience will definitely have me think twice before i ever buy again.”
