“I ordered some extensions through this site. I was under the impression that I was ordering regular extensions with the different size clip-ins. What I received was one large hair piece with a string. The hair piece was WAY too wide for my head and much too much hair for me. The hair quality is great and the color matched perfectly, but these were completely unusable for me and I was unable to return them because I opened the package. I am super bummed because I have ordered through this site before and loved my extensions, but now I am going to have to try to find a way to modify these to even get any use out of them. Very disappointed.”
“The extensions came with 3 separate pieces. One large piece with the halo string and two smaller clip on's. I am unable to use the larger piece because it's too heavy for my fine hair and difficult for me to put on. I'm only able to use the smaller pieces. The quality of the hair is great. Just wish I purchased a different set.”
