“I had originally ordered a different color in a different style so I had to return my original pair. Whenever returning things I typically get really bummed because something always goes wrong but Bellami made sure I got the exact pair I needed. They emailed me as soon as they received my package and asked which I’d like to exchange for or if I wanted a refund. I was nervous on picking a color again because I didn’t want to pick the wrong one again, so they told me to send some pictures of my hair and they’d help match it and they were exceptionally fast at responding and extremely helpful. As soon as we decided what color would be best, i recieved the package in less then 5 days. On top of all of that, the extensions are PERFECT, I don’t need to even tone them (I’m a hairstylist so I am extremely picky about color and quality) and they are even better quality then I remember. I will always recommend bellami to my clients and anyone who asks, you truly get what you pay for. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!”
“I got the Bellami Bell-air halo. The part of the halo where you can adjust the size of the halo so it fits your scalp, the hook was already broken. So I can’t even wear it. Also, can’t return it either because once you open it, that’s it! Which is really awful to do to someone, that was a lot of money to be out of. I will never buy from here again. I would’ve tried to talk to customer service but I hear they’re so strict so, idk. Out of $250 with a baby on the way, was trying to use them for my maternity shoot. I cried lmao”
