“I’m beyond disappointed with my Bellami purchase. I trusted one of their “experts” to color-match me, and they recommended a specific shade that they claimed would be a perfect fit. I spent over $350 based on that recommendation, but the hair I received isn’t even close to my hair color. To make matters worse, I found out I can’t even return it. It’s incredibly frustrating to invest that kind of money and end up with something completely unusable. Don’t waste your money – I definitely do not recommend Bellami.”
