“Sent jacket back for an exchange, but was refunded because out of stock - but relevant size still on website. Must have had something to do with putting the price up and wanting me to re purchase at a higher price - no thanks”

Unfortunately, the requested size is out of stock I'm afraid which is why we've processed a refund for your item instead of an exchange. We always strive to make sure that we give customers exactly what they ask for when returning items, however, we can not exchange items for sizes that aren't available on our website I'm afraid.
