“Well I don’t how to tell you all this. I have a really very wicked ivy hedge which takes me at last 4 hours flat-tack and hard-slog to cut, plus other yard-work, 5 hours on Saturday it was. This repeating event is the most physically taxing (in particular upper body) thing I ever do. I tend to put it off because I know to prepare myself for the good three days following being a complete wreak such that I am typically barely able to get out of bed the morning-after. Anyway, Friday I had picked up my Better Earthing package from the Post Office. Saturday was a beautiful first-of-spring day - so I washed all the bedding and then got stuck into the ivy hedge. After dark I was barely able to get up the strength to make my bed – but I did, including having fitted my special brand-new Better Earthing Underlay and Pillow Case. As you’d guess I crashed into bed pretty early and after a long sleep, leapt up, like a spring chicken even, Sunday morning. Oh my gosh. I simply cannot describe how free easy and energised I felt in every way and no aches and no pains – zero. No sore shoulders arms chest back NOTHING and I was brilliantly clear headed. It was an utter miracle. Thank you most sincerely for my SS Antibacterial Tencel items. They are beautifully made and exquisitely wrapped. I also appreciated the updates as my package journeyed across the Tasman and then through NZ Customs. I was so impressed I lent my SS Antibacterial Fabric chair mat to a friend who is a really bad sleeper. I was rewarded the next morning with a text reporting having had the best sleep. My friend asked to keep the mat for a bit longer and then offered to buy a replacement for me and keep mine. I hesitated and responded “no, not for sleeping on permanently, well you can keep my chair mat for longer but please, since you have proven earthing works can I urge you to honour your wellbeing and invest in yourself with the Better Earthing Underlay and Pillow Case.” From my heart I reinforced “ maximising the benefits of being better earthed from head-to-toe throughout the night. ….””

“I’m a reasonably fit 64. I work out at least 3 times a week, play golf and I am a surfer. My wife is 57. She jogs religiously before work 5 days a week. We don’t drink alcohol, smoke or eat junk food. I believe we lead a healthy lifestyle. I have been a Surfer for most of life. Grew up a couple of blocks from the beach. All surfers know the benefits to your health of being in the ocean but why that is has not really been explained. We just all know that it is. I don’t get to go to the beach as often as I would like anymore but how I feel after a session in the ocean is even more noticeable. When I started reading about Grounding it made a lot of sense to me and I believe it explains what we know about regular interactions with the ocean. I have found with the grounding underlay on our bed that the aches and pains from arthritis and lower back have significantly reduced for me, but more interestingly the effect it has had on my wife. She has always been quite stressed and worries about everything. Her demeanour has calmed considerably and she appears to be sleeping better. Her aches and pains appear to have reduced also. My observation is that we are both seeing a great improvement in our wellbeing and the only change in our healthy lifestyle has been using the Grounding underlay. You have a new believer here!”
