I do have a critique about the pricing/customer service. I asked on a chat about the pricing because when I first saw it, it had a $95 tag on the website. Then I got a 50% off email offer. When I put it in my cart, it was $66.50 which is not 50%. Never got a replay and a couple of days later saw that I should have re-entered my question for an email reply. Never heard a word and when I looked at it again on the site, it was $130somthing. I just looked again and it's back to $95. I love supporting American businesses, but feel a little dup'd on this one.”
