“We bought the pendants for our kitchen, one for above the sink and two above the peninsula. We accidentally ordered the larger globes, but when we saw how they worked in the space, we called Bicycle Glass and arranged to trade for the smaller globes. The customer support person was professional, helpful and friendly.
The globes are beautiful, with variations in the glass that make them individual but not strikingly different.
The hardware was trickier: the escutcheons did not sit flush against the ceiling without some DIY work. This may have been because of the way the electrician installed the connection box, and we were able to make adjustments to mitigate the issue.
