“We absolutely LOVE our triple pendant light fixture, it is the highlight of our kitchen. So when, in a cleaning frenzy I broke one of the glass shades, we immediately called Bicycle Glass to find out about a replacement/repair. We ended up buying three new shades as the glass color is different from our original buy. We love them but wish there was even more of the glass bubble effect, which was the artisan touch and appeal that drew us to this style. It seems the newer shades are a wee bit smaller (but thicker/heavier) and don't have as much of the bubble feature as the original ones we bought in 2019. Oh well. Still very beautiful and distinctive. Excellent store/phone service and lightning-fast shipping/replacement. It's been a great experience with this company PLUS we appreciate their secure and eco-friendly packaging. A+”

“We are very happy with the look of the "lunar" glass. The only slight problem is that the two fixtures we ordered got held up at Canadian customs and we had to pay both the HST tax owing (not a problem) and a variety of charges levied by FedEx (an extra $100), so the total cost of the light fixtures was higher than we had expected.”
