“We intended to order the Swells but mistakenly ordered the Lunar version. The return and refund process was easy and painless. We absolutely love the three 768 blue Swells hanging above our new kitchen island. They really make the room pop and enhance the overall color scheme for the kitchen. I highly recommend this original crafted product.”
“The light is pretty, but not quite as nice as I would have expected. The light that came with it just doesn't work as I expressed in an email. It is much too bright, doesn't work with a dimmer and takes away from the light (doesn't diffuse the light, but glares). The light itself looks more manufactured than custom blown glass. That being said, it looks quite nice, but don't think it was worth the money spent. The customer service was great (other than charging $8.00 for a bulb that really doesn't go with the light), and I like supporting smaller businesses that are trying to do something different. My picture shows the light, but if you look in the background there's a lamp that is truly unique - this is the quality and uniqueness I was after. I bought this about 20 years ago in CO.”
“Bought this light in the blue glass. It's pretty, but a little manufactured looking. I was trying to have it work with a truly unique lamp that I purchased 20 years ago, and I've sent in a picture so you can get an idea - should be displayed on website. Anyway, it looks pretty above my dining room table, but the bulb sent with it truly didn't work (too bright, didn't dim, $8.00, and glared). The light itself is okay, but thought it would look a little more handmade with more swirls and not so manufactured looking.”
“We looked everywhere for something a little different that would add a subtle pop of color to the space. These were large enough to make the statement but do not overpower the rest of the kitchen. On top of the good looks they are recycled and packed with recycled material. A real plus in this day of waste. The quality is great with those little imperfections that prove they are hand made and not a fixture that everyone else has from one of those big box stores. If you are looking for a machined look like the reviewer below go somewhere else as these guys create one of a kind art pieces. David and his team were also quite helpful with selection and sizing the length so that they hang at the correct height. Customer service gets a two thumbs up!”
“Unfortunately we received unmatched canopy (full of scratches and finger prints) and Unmatched cord restraints.
The swell pendant light is also flawed. $700+ later they replaced the unmatched canopy & restraint a week later and a oops sorry about the error someone was in a hurry. Not at all what I was hoping for. The glass pendants appeared to be hurried, sharp edges and blemished.
Not a satisfied customer.”
