Even the electrician commented on the quality and ease of installation. The two clear Swell pendant lights over the kitchen island help to tie the entire area together. The customer service was outstanding -- answering all my questions, arranging shipping to Maui, and timing the delivery to arrive just when we wanted it. The boxes were very well packed, but one globe arrived broken. (Not the fault of Bicycle Glass, as the box looked like it was hit by the delivery truck!) They shipped a new globe the same day.
