“The hardware was perfect. I know it sounds off but my kitchen cabinets are black (wood). The black hardware is perfect. It looks like someone designed it all just for my kitchen.”
“They were easy to install. The instructions seemed fine and well-detailed. Could have used a 3' one, but I just wrapped it up, no cutting necessary. My biggest/only complaint is that when you get more than one, it's very difficult to make sure they are all the same length to make them hang even. Our old pendants had a large screw in the middle of the hanging rod that you could screw in/out to adjust the height slightly to be sure the lights hang all the same. But I just did some measuring and reknotting of the cords. It took a bit, but was manageable.”
