“I bought some chili honey when I visited your store in January of 2023. We went on a ski trip and used the honey on some shrimp we cooked. My daughter and her fianc�� my husband and I all ate it and loved it! I am ordering more for our summer gathering. I hope that there may be a larger container of the chili honey in the near future. “I found this honey about a year ago at an Artisanal Market. This past year on our annual Big Island trip we ran across the farm. I got home and ordered the Chili Honey to upgrade my Mexican Mocha I make with my Kona Coffee. What a delightful upgrade, a clean, sweet and spicy addition. I also use it in another coffee drink, called "Bees Knees" this is a double shot of espresso, Chili honey, fresh squeezed lemon and sparkling water shaken over ice. A great summer treat. When we come back, we will definitely take the tour, it is a pleasure to support Big Island Bees!”
