“The Methyl Folate is recommended by Dr. Ben Lynch in his book "Dirty Genes" As I have a Histamine Intolerance, Folic Acid which Is in all B-Complex formulas is a histamine trigger so Methyl Folate in this form with the further benefit of B-12 plus B-6 is the better formula for me.
