Initially, my expectations were low, but, after having been using it for several years (and, also, until recently, my mother, in her late 90's and early 100's), I must acknowledge that it really works. I don't take it on a regular basis - it is not the idea, I gather - but I always have it at hand. As soon as I start sneezing, either due to an allergic reaction, usually seasonal, or as a first sign of an upcoming cold, I take a tablet, and the crisis fades away. Sometimes, I need one or two more tablets, not always. It still surprises me.”
