“disclaimer: did not purchase on big Y. But have been fishing this rod for about 3-4 years after fishing Cortland. It is just superb. Sensitive, casts eurorig very well, and it actually casts a dryfly line well too, so i keep a 3wt line instead of a nymphing line (cuz whats the use in a nymphing line anyway... 3 wt is light enuf and you can just extend your eurorig line anyway)... anyway. DON'T HESITATE! great company. great rod”
