“Does what it's supposed to do, I've never bought the 4oz size before so this was a first. Was more watery than I remember, but it's always been highly reccomended. Try to do once a month. However I usually do it every couple months instead. Hate the smell of this stuff but I just grim and bare it for the benefits”
