“Order was placed well in advance, was not delivered and never received any communication regarding this and I don’t think I would have if I didn’t chase it up. We were informed that there would be an upgrade, upgraded to what we don’t know. Not offered a refund for delivery, I also emailed my complaint and no one has replied. I will NOT be using or recommending this company to anyone”
“It was an absolute horrible experience. Spoke to someone on Thursday as I needed it delivered for Saturday morning at my wife to be home the morning of our wedding. I received confirmation from Kate that a courier will deliver before 1:30. I was reassured by this from her. The flowers never arrive. To add to the extra stress the location then had to be changed to the reception- which defeated the whole purpose of the gift. On arrival flowers were dead”
“Great idea for fifo works. Misses loved it and awsome that you can track the whole time and even the way it was packaged and great deals and well priced as well.
