“Flowers were good - but delivered on the wrong date. Selected a Saturday but the website calendar threw that out and chose a same day delivery. Caused massive inconvenience contacting relations in Australia from England so someone would be in to receive the flowers. Spoke to “Clark” on the website chat (chatbot?) and asked for delivery to be delayed until after 2pm. Agreed. Flowers delivered at 1pm. Seriously?”
