“In the small print I’m sure you say that if you can’t find the flower as shown in the photo, you have the right to replace it with something similar. I asked for a little Christmas tree with baubles, you delivered a bunch of flowers. As the point of sending a Christmas tree was that it was Christmas, if you couldn’t find a Christmas tree you should have told me, and I would have had time to look elsewhere. As I can no longer trust you, I will not be using Bloomeroo again. Nor can I recommend it.”
