“I was totally disappointed in not only the arrangement but also the delivery and the communication throughout the evening. I will not be using this company again and I will not be recommending you.
The flowers were left on the doorstep of the recipient as it was 9.40 at night. They were not found until the next morning when they awoke. Disgusting.”
