“The bouquet I ordered included a vase and good sized card to accompany the card, which is really good value compared to some other online flower ordering services I have used. The bouquet was delivered on on time on the nominated day, although they still delivered it to the basement parcel locker. I have asked for the flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend personally, but somehow they deliverers just don't take delivery instructions at all. My girlfriend still received the flowers on the day, but towards the end of the day. Overall I think it is not a bad service, just have to manage expectations a bit.”
