“Greatly helped during my swim in cold (3C) water. Couldn't have done it without them. I wear a Women's 8/8.5(US) and got the smalls. I wouldn't say they were snug like a typical wet suit but I didn't notice them moving at all during my race. The only problem I had was the the bottom material was slippery on the plastic temporary docks which they sometimes have at open water and tri races.”
