“I am 5 feet 7 inch tall, weight 140 and consider my self slim. I ordered SM because the table recommended it and it was spot on! The video provided on how to put the wetsuit was very useful. I took my first Open Water swim on a lake in Colorado with cold water ( which I don't like) and this wetsuit keep me warm.
